- Can you fix a part that breaks or won't print well?
Yes. On request we run a technical review of the model (DFAM): we identify optimal orientation, geometric criticalities, wall and infill parameters, and propose targeted edits to the design. For more structured needs we offer a full part redesign to reduce weight, cost or print time.
- How long until I get my part?
Typical lead time is 24-72 hours from confirmation for single pieces or small batches. For larger production runs (dozens or hundreds of pieces) the timing is calculated directly in the quote.
- Are my files safe?
Yes. Your 3D models are not shared with third parties, not resold and not reused.
- Which file formats do you accept?
Automatic quote for STL, OBJ, 3MF and STEP — we compute price and dimensions directly in the browser. For compressed archives (ZIP/RAR/7Z) we'll reply with a dedicated quote within 24 hours. No CAD file? From the same quote page you can request our design service.
- Do you ship abroad?
Yes — across Italy, Europe and the rest of the world. Cost is calculated at quote stage based on weight and destination.
