ReBoot Lab is a workshop specialised in large-scale 3D printing and design optimisation for additive manufacturing. The service is geared to design studios, the technical departments of manufacturing SMEs and R&D teams that need technical parts produced quickly and with controlled performance.
The operating flow combines large-scale FDM production with a structured model-analysis process focused on printability and in-service reliability. On request we step into the project itself: DFAM review, targeted model edits, full redesign to cut geometric criticalities, weight and print time.
Experience built over more than 10,000 print hours with technical polymers, glass-fibre and carbon-fibre composites and elastomers lets us anticipate the typical FDM issues — warping, delamination, mechanical anisotropy, hole and fit tolerances — already at the design stage.
Every request is handled end-to-end by the technical team: file validation, production supervision and dimensional inspection before shipping. No commercial middlemen, direct communication, fast decisions.
